Delivery Information
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Most orders are delivered within 3–6 business days from the date of purchase. We typically ship within 24 hours, though in some cases dispatch may take an extra 1–2 days if there are carrier delays or unusually high order volumes.
Since our canvases are produced on demand and shipped directly from our print partner, delivery can take up to 5–8 business days.
Please note that during peak seasons, particularly November and December, delivery times may be longer than usual due to the increased number of parcels handled by our shipping partners.
If a courier is unable to deliver to your home address, your package may be redirected to the closest collection point.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, first confirm that your shipping details were entered correctly. If everything is correct and your order still hasn’t arrived, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 working days of placing your order so we can assist you.
WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
We keep our shipping simple and transparent. A flat delivery fee of £4.99 applies to all orders under £49. If your order totals £49 or more, delivery is completely free – no extra charges at checkout.
WHAT IF MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED?
If your order hasn’t been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please first double-check that the details you provided (such as your name, address, email, and phone number) are correct.
If the information is correct and your order is still missing, please get in touch with our Customer Service team within 30 working days of placing your order, and we’ll be happy to help.
If you notice that you entered incorrect details, please contact us as quickly as possible so we can update them before your order leaves our warehouse. If the package has already been dispatched and the incorrect information affects delivery, you as the customer are responsible for any additional costs that may arise.
WHAT IF I DON'T COLLECT MY PARCEL FROM PICK POINT?
If a package is returned to us because it wasn’t collected from the pickup point, a fee of £14.99 will be charged. This covers the cost of handling and the return shipping.
Once your return has been received and processed at our warehouse, you’ll receive an email notification. Please note that refunds are issued after a 14-day processing period. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you in line with our right of withdrawal and return policy.
CAN I MAKE CHANGED TO MY ORDER?
Once an order has been completed, we’re unable to make changes to the products within it. However, if your order has not yet entered production, you may be able to cancel it and place a new order instead.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes — we’re happy to offer worldwide delivery. For orders outside the UK, a flat shipping fee of £29.99 applies, regardless of destination.
International orders are carefully packaged and shipped with trusted delivery partners. Please note that delivery times vary depending on the destination country and typically take longer than standard UK shipping. Customs clearance, local import duties, and taxes may also apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
We’ll provide tracking details once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey until it arrives.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its progress. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder as it may have been filtered there.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may cancel your order at any time before production begins. Once production has started on customised or made-to-order items cancellations are no longer possible.
For non-personalised products, such as canvas prints or picture frames, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in line with the Consumer Sales Act. This means you can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original condition.
